Directions
For Use
1. Practice daily,
preferably after awakening in the morning, at dusk, or shortly before
retiring at night.
(Note-Please give yourself several practice sessions to become completely
comfortable with the exercises).
2. Turn off all distractions including cell and regular phones. Eliminate
all outside noise and wear comfortable clothing.
3. Perform the exercise with your back straight in either a sitting or
lying position.
4. For troublesome areas, pause the video, get a clear visual image, and
breathe deeply into those regions.
5. Mentally repeat the affirmations that periodically appear on the screen.
6. Incorporate these exercises into your daily routine.
