A Guided Visualization to Healthy Bones and Joints
From
a mind-body perspective, the number one way to eliminate an illness is
to still the mind, become absolutely present with the condition, and unearth
the negative emotions attached to it in the subconscious. Much of illness
is suppressed emotion—things that are too painful to feel or acknowledge.
Until
we access and experience these feelings, all other approaches are only
temporary fixes and do not get to the root cause. The regular practice
of this 22 minute meditation will help you resolve those feelings.
To
facilitate this, breathing exercises, visualizations, and affirmations
are utilized.

1)
Breathing Exercises
The
first exercise is abdominal breathing, which oxygenates the tissues and
stills the mind. In the second exercise, spinal breathing is performed,
which balances our energies and prepares us for receiving the full benefit
from this program. These two breathing exercises reduce the inflammatory
response so common to major disease (see The
Root of Disease on this website).

2)
Visualization Exercises for the Anatomy
In
this section a radiant, healing light is visualized above the head which
is successively breathed into the eyes, ears, nose, and mouth. This addresses
the senses of sight, hearing, smell and taste.

Healing light is subsequently visualized in the bones and joints of the
entire skeletal system.

3) Affirmations
Words have real power
and the correct ones need to be embedded in the subconscious. The following
affirmations appear during the video with their corresponding images and
should be mentally rehearsed:
1) Light-Be in my mind
and all that I think
2) Light-Be in my eyes and all that I see
3) Light-Be in my ears and my listening
4) Light-Be in these tissues and all that I smell
5) Light-Be in my chewing and all that I eat
6) Light-Be in all my words
7) Light-Be in all these vertebrae with strength and flexibility
8) Light-Be in my shoulders and all that they carry
9) Light-Be in all the bones and joints of the arms and their embracing
10) Light-Be in my wrists and all their movements
11) Light-Be in my hands and all that they grip
12) Light-Be in my ribs and their protection
13) Light-Be in my lower back with love and support
14) Light-Be in my hips and their balance
15) Light-Be in all the bones and joints of the legs as they carry me
forward
16) Light-Be in my ankles and their mobility
17) Light-Be in my feet and all of their feeling
